Make a technical report useful
A short sequence of steps is more useful than a large amount of unrelated account information. Do not send SeaArt passwords, cookies or access tokens. They are not needed for this public-link workflow.
- State whether you were checking one link, a batch, a source download or a conversion.
- Include the format you chose and the exact error text shown.
- Name the device and browser, especially if the file downloaded but you cannot locate or open it.
- Explain whether the original artwork still opens when you are signed out.
- For a batch issue, identify the affected artwork URLs rather than sending an expired ZIP link.
Keep your submission reference
The form records your email address, source URL and message for review. Keep the returned reference for any follow-up. Submission is not a promise of a response time or a successful download.
