Read a status result in context
An operational extractor result records a successful request; it does not guarantee access to every artwork. A degraded state can follow a failed request, including a problem limited to one work. Review the latest time and error alongside the status label.
A periodic source check tests a particular public example. That example can be removed or restricted independently of the rest of SeaArt. Likewise, an idle conversion slot indicates capacity, not a guarantee that a particular file will convert.
Choose the next step from the error

| EXPIRED | Submit the artwork link again for a new ten-minute session. |
| BUSY or RATE_LIMITED | Wait before retrying the same operation. |
| NOT_FOUND_OR_PRIVATE | Check that the original work is published and guest-accessible. |
| POLICY_BLOCKED | Read the content requirements; retrying does not override them. |
| UPSTREAM_DOWN or TEMPORARY | Check the latest status, then try again later. |
| FORMAT_UNAVAILABLE | Try the source option if it remains available. |
